Director of Rehabilitation

Temple View Transitional Care Center is seeking an innovative and experienced Rehabilitation Director to lead our in-house therapy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new rehabilitation programs for our deserving patients and managing the daily operations associated with a busy in-house therapy department.

  • Lead a strong therapy team and support a strong inter-departmental team

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist
  • At least 3 years of experience as a therapist
  • Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long term care rehabilitation preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
