About the Job

This full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, or in-person. You will be responsible for answering calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patient inquiries regarding reproductive health services.
  • Analyze and resolve patient complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive support to patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software.
