About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team at VNA Alliance, a community-based, non-profit home health agency in Meadville, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized speech/language treatment programs for patients in their homes or current residences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and implement interventions to address communication disorders.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
  • Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
