This role is vital for the operational success of our retail locations. They are also responsible for swiftly resolving any customer issues to ensure optimal client satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assist clients both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Establish and nurture productive trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve necessary products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications as required.
- Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance product visibility.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Support delivery operations as needed.
- Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about available products and discuss options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control protocols.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
- Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be available to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Hold at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products is advantageous.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish is a plus.
