We are seeking a qualified Mobility Therapist to join our team as an Allied Health Professional. This role will involve working in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality care to patients.

About the Role:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in Minnesota
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
