It is essential to work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, vendors, and customers.

This role requires collaboration with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates within your department, as well as across other departments.

Potential store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.

Benefits

1 Salaried associates are entitled to 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; full-time hourly associates will qualify for 40 hours of paid vacation after 6 months of continuous service; part-time associates will be eligible for 20 hours of paid vacation after 6 months of continuous service; temporary associates do not qualify for vacation benefits.


2 Sick time policies vary by location.

Salary and temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; full-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; part-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
