Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our H&R Block Franchise location in Dandridge, Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, and contributing to the overall success of our office.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
