The Clear View School is a therapeutic special education setting in Westchester seeking an LMSW or LCSW to work as a member of our expanding interdisciplinary team. Our comprehensive, integrated educational and therapeutic program serves students (ages 3-21) living with mental illness and emotional disabilities. We value collaboration, individualized and person-centered treatment, and creativity.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and empathetic Clinical Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to our students and their families. Recent MSW graduates are welcome to apply if they are scheduled for their LMSW exam; clinical supervision is provided towards the LCSW requirement.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide individual and family therapy to students and their families
* Establish rapport and build relationships with students, their families, and staff
* Collaborate within an integrated multidisciplinary team
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

**Requirements**

* LMSW or LCSW licensure
* Strong therapeutic skills and experience
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
