Primary Function: Offering administrative assistance for Marshall & Sterling's Employee Benefits iNavigator HRIS technology and client solutions team.
- Engage in testing, troubleshooting, and upkeep of processes
- Deliver system support and execute administrative tasks
- Act as a liaison to guarantee smooth coordination of client activities
- Enter data into computer tracking systems
- Maintain an electronic filing system for client communications
- Generate and oversee reports for analytical support
- Establish and nurture professional work relationships
- Provide administrative assistance for the Group Benefits team
- Carry out special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Preferred college degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Positive service-oriented attitude
- General knowledge of health insurance is beneficial
