Position Overview:
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for pharmacy operations? We invite you to become a part of our Omnicare team as a Senior Pharmacy Operations Supervisor in our Back End department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless preparation and distribution of medications for our long-term care and chronic care clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
As a Senior Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring the accurate preparation of medications for dispensing.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including medication packaging and delivery accuracy.
- Coordinate stock management and inventory rotation to maintain optimal supply levels.
Key Duties Include:
- Supervising the Omnicell replenishment and EDK teams.
- Facilitating the delivery and restocking of medications in Omnicell devices.
- Providing constructive feedback on team performance and supporting training initiatives.
- Assisting in the onboarding and education of staff regarding controlled substances in compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid pharmacy technician certification as mandated by state regulations.

- Demonstrate at least one year of experience in pharmacy operations or a related field.
- Exhibit comfort with technical equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in long-term care settings.
- Background in pharmacy, retail, or customer service.
- PTCB National Certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this position is $35.29 per hour. This range reflects the base hourly rate for roles within this job grade. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including experience and education.
