Job Title: Applications Engineer

Job Summary:
PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Applications Engineer to join our team. As an Applications Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration, deployment, and maintenance of power metering solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to customers and sales teams.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including system configurations, product specifications, and functional requirements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of system solutions that integrate our power management products with client operations.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on the practical aspects of the company's products in the field.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to our products and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in all projects.
• Maintain a high degree of awareness about emerging technologies and their potential applications within our product suite.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, liaising with various internal departments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical or applications engineering, preferably in the power management industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, data acquisition, and energy management solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and interacting professionally with clients.
• Proficiency in using engineering software tools and familiarity with programming languages commonly used in the industry.
• A keen problem solver with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
