Job Title: Loan Processor

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join CJ Accounting Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in processing loan applications and handling related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking collateral for secured loans, executing lien orders according to company procedure, maintaining accurate records, and providing comprehensive loan documentation and support.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an office environment, possesses excellent customer service skills, and can multitask with ease. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Loan Officers and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle loan inquiries and basic questions from clients
  • Organize and file all necessary paperwork for each loan processed
  • Assist Loan Officers with clerical duties or customer inquiries as needed
  • Cash checks and manage petty cash

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles desired
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
