Corporate Attorney

Xylem I LLC is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney to support the management of the company's business and legal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business and legal management, and other sophisticated transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to the company's leadership team.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on M&A and sophisticated transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with attention to detail.
• Experience in a midsize or large law firm preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the flexibility and emotional intelligence needed to succeed in this role.
