- Execute Data-Driven Merchandising Strategies: Utilize data and analytics to execute merchandising strategies that create a seamless and compelling experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with various teams, including Merchandising, Product Operations, Paid Marketing, and Lifecycle teams, to ensure that our products are effectively merchandised and aligned with our business goals.
- Analyze Sales and Site Metrics: Analyze sales and site metrics to identify opportunities for increasing revenue, page views, and conversion, and make recommendations for improvement.
- BA/BS Degree: A degree in business, economics, marketing, merchandising, or a related field is required.
- Ecommerce Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or merchandising is required.
- Strong Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and ability to execute, analyze, refine, and repeat is essential.
