Job Title: Industry Analysis Manager

Join the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) as an Industry Analysis Manager and play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a member of our Market Research team, you will be responsible for analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic plans to support our members' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the specialty equipment market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support the growth and expansion of SEMA's membership and trade show attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that align with SEMA's mission and goals.
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, government data, and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
