Job Overview:
This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable, transferrable experience and skills while working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Campus Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support store operations, including processing sales transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 16 years old to be considered for temporary employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills are required.
Benefits and Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $16.50 per hour. Temporary Bookseller pay rate includes paid sick time (accrued based on time worked) and eligibility to participate in a 401(k) after completing 1000 hours worked in a 12-month period. Commuter benefits are also available.
