Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Personal Stylist to join our team in Pittsburgh. As a Personal Stylist, you will be responsible for advising customers on style, trend, fabric, and fit, while maintaining a professional and lasting relationship with each client.

Responsibilities
  • Consultations: Advise customers on style, trend, fabric, and fit, and follow up daily with production on customer orders.
  • Fitting of customers, establishing a call-back process with each customer to assess their needs.
  • Develop professional and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Administration: Participate in the completion of daily tasks, update work tools daily, and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Merchandising: Maintain the visual and cleanliness of the store daily, and participate in the monthly rotation of the visual.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Knowledge of men's fashion and custom clothing is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and priority management.
