Lead Arborist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreperson to join our team in Wilson, NC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating crew members, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient completion of jobs according to contract specifications.

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily to maximize productivity
• Assign specific tasks to crew members and oversee their performance to ensure high-quality results
• Plan and execute assigned work and tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Organize job assignments to achieve optimal efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure crew members adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent education required
• Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to effectively delegate tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel out of town for storm restoration work as needed

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This figure is based on industry standards and location factors, ensuring a fair and attractive remuneration package for the successful candidate.
