Job Title: Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement plans to address maintenance issues and ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the maintenance field.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
  • Certificate from a Vocational Institution and completion of apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair preferred.
Working Conditions:

The Chief Engineer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in a variety of physical environments.
