We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Mercy Hospital Southeast. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain professional accountability for patient care and perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and currently licensed as an LPN in the state where nursing duties are performed.
- Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance.
- One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, Six Assessment & Care Modules.
