Job Title: Lead Trimmer/Groomer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert grooming services while leading and mentoring grooming and bathing teams
  • Teach Scenthound grooming standards to new team members
  • Create a supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs and team members

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of grooming experience or grooming school graduation
  • Understanding of dog breeds, care standards, and grooming tools
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in working hours and locations
