Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Breakfast Server to join our team at the Hampton Inn Tampa-International Airport - Westshore. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available.
  • Refill coffee and beverages, and clean up used plates and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear tables during breakfast, using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diners and coworkers.
