We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and develop strategies to prevent or manage them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing (ADN, BSN, or Diploma) from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure in the state where the facility is located
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
