About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled work in the mechanical maintenance and repair of our buildings, facilities, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair Coliseum Complex facilities and buildings, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, welding, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and mechanical work.
  • Install electrical power, internet, and other needs as requested during show setup and event.
  • Install, adjust, repair, and inspect heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, including forced air furnaces, boilers, water pumps, chillers, air conditioning units, exhaust fans, air filters, compressors, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
  • Install, repair, and replace electrical lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, including sinks, faucets, and pipes, light bulbs, ballasts, and lights; clear any obstructions from water and sewer lines.
  • Operate, maintain, and repair a variety of mechanical tools and equipment. Read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and general carpentry).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, climb a ladder, and walk the entire shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
