Rose International is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and control of accounts payable for our leading airline catering corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely payment of vendors and maintain accurate records.
- Process purchase order invoices by matching price and quantity on invoice to purchase order.
- Resolve any discrepancies through communications with vendors.
- Handle vendor calls regarding outstanding payment and reconcile statements from vendors.
- Prepare and review checks and wire transfers.
- Audit work of AP processing at the field units.
- 3 years of basic accounts payable processing experience required.
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate, some formulas) and Word skills.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Skills including completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of invoice and payment requisition processing and remittance on an established daily and monthly schedule.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
