  • Communication: Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries, providing clear and concise information to members and visitors.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of YMCA experience preferred, as well as one year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrated computer knowledge and data entry skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical Demands: The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds, as well as the ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
