  4. Carry out thorough speech and language assessments.
  5. Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring that objectives are tailored to student needs and advancements.
  6. Lead annual review meetings for students receiving speech and language support.
  7. Work collaboratively with educators and staff to incorporate speech therapy objectives into academic plans.
  8. Advise classroom personnel on implementing student goals and necessary accommodations.
  9. Maintain detailed records and documentation regarding student progress and treatment strategies.
  10. Conduct evaluations required for progress reports and re-assessments.
  11. Organize daily schedules to fulfill direct service obligations while effectively managing indirect time.
  12. Encourage ongoing communication with families to support student growth and promote parental involvement.
  13. Suggest and implement additional strategies or interventions as needed, including feeding techniques or augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods.

Candidates will be evaluated based on the needs of the institution and will have the chance for direct discussions with school leadership.
