Job Title: Counter Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Server to join our team at Westwood Country Club of Austin. As a Counter Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests at Court 7 Grill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take Orders and Serve Food and Beverages: Take orders from members and guests using our point-of-sale system, prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Environment: Ensure that the dining area and kitchen are clean and sanitary at all times, adhering to local and state health codes.
  • Interact with Members and Staff: Provide excellent customer service, interact professionally with all members and staff, and take direction from Court 7 Grill Managers and Assistant Managers.
  • Restock and Refill: Restock food and beverage products, refill condiments, ice, lemons, limes, napkins, straws, and other essentials as needed.
  • Perform Cleaning Tasks: Clean equipment, clean line areas, sweep, mop, remove trash, and perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Requires a Texas Food Handlers' Safety Certificate and TABC Certification. Experience in customer service, food service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires standing, walking, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, holding/carrying, twisting/turning, reaching, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift at least fifty (50) pounds regularly.
