Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance personnel and ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience, including 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
