Job Summary

The Sr. Materials Planning Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of raw, packaging, and work-in-progress materials to minimize potential losses for the organization. This position requires a collaborative approach to mitigate risks and drive global playbook compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively manage monthly aging inventory by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply, Demand, and Materials to identify potential waste.
  • Continuously manage daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain losses to drive global playbook compliance and adherence across the organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to improve supply chain process efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Leverage analysis for weekly leadership reviews to identify root causes and action to be taken.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Financial acumen and data analysis expertise
  • Presentation and oral/written communication skills required
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with logical problem-solving
  • Green Belt preferred
  • APICS, ISM, or other industry certifications in operations and logistics preferred
Technical Expertise
  • SAP experience and knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Tableau with basic-level understanding of how reports are built and maintained
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office
