About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nouryon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, buildings, and other facilities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Making emergency repairs and completing tasks as requested by the supervisor.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the production department, engineers, and other technicians to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain the quality and safety standards of parts and repairs.
- Report any abnormal situations and take necessary measures to prevent equipment failure.
Key Skills
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Four years of related experience and/or training in maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
