Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store and ensure all company assets are secure.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
