Therapeutic Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at a renowned healthcare facility in El Paso, TX. As a key member of our oncology team, you will play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge cancer care to our patients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical environment, as well as a current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) and graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer precise radiation treatments to patients, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and manage side effects, providing support and educational materials to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts to enhance patient care.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
