Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator
Reports to: Document Control Supervisor

Position Overview:
Serves as a vital link between field operations and office staff, responsible for executing a variety of routine tasks to maintain an organized office environment. Proficient in all aspects of data entry, document tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent to fulfill customer requirements
  • Track inventory and manage field paperwork distribution
  • Coordinate necessary street repairs
  • Oversee work logs and crew scheduling
  • Receive all purchase orders through the designated system
  • Document work log details, including location, description of work, purchase order, and locate ticket number
  • Conduct remote ticket entry with appropriate training
  • Maintain updated locate tickets
  • Ensure all receipts are accurately coded and submitted
  • Assist Foreman with inquiries regarding ticket numbers and purchase orders
  • Contact customers to arrange installation dates
  • Prepare weekly packets for the Foreman
  • Ensure timely submission of completed packets to the home office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative office role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace, with the ability to view situations from various perspectives
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
