Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Farmer Boys | Gardena 1080. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing our Farm Fresh menu items to meet our high standards for food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items to meet our high standards for food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating.
• Work efficiently to achieve our speed of service goals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cooking skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• At least 17 years old.
• Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience a plus.
• Able to read, speak, take direction, and comprehend written instructions in the English language.
• Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Must be able to present a State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County.
