About the Role:

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including centrifuges, filter presses, and ultrafiltration systems.
  • Perform manual tasks, such as weighing and addition of chemicals, paste suspension, equipment cleaning, and room cleaning.
  • Support the production team in achieving quality and productivity goals.
  • Participate in the revision and review of important documentation.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the production area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related experience or AA/AS degree with no prior experience required.
  • Basic automation experience using DeltaV, Electronic Batch Management, and PLC.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment, including centrifuges, filtration systems, and CIP/SIP.
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
