Cybersecurity UX Designer Role

At Nightwing, we're seeking a skilled Cybersecurity UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in creating user-centered design solutions that meet both user needs and product strategy requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct UX research and optimization to inform design decisions
  • Create final visual designs, storyboards, interaction flows, and interface guidelines
  • Work with Product Owners to rapidly prototype and iterate on multiple design solutions
  • Review final implementation with front-end developers to ensure design standards are followed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders within various customer bases to provide inspiration and constructive feedback to other Designers

Requirements:
  • Current TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Ten (10) years experience in User Experience Design
  • Five years' experience within the last 10 years leading project life cycle design
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $163,000
