Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that encourages customers to explore and purchase products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, store maintenance, and other tasks as needed to ensure a well-organized and attractive store environment.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being available to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, customer engagement, team engagement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and customer needs.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and safely around the store.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
