Key Responsibilities- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensuring all food safety protocols are followed.
- Production Line Operations: Work efficiently and effectively on the production line, ensuring quality and accuracy in food production and packaging.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately record production data, lot numbers, and quality control results.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to resolve quality issues and improve production processes.
- Food Safety Awareness: Understand and adhere to food safety protocols and procedures.
- English Language Proficiency: Speak, read, and write English fluently to fulfill job requirements.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work any shift, including overtime hours as needed.
- Physical Demands: Stand and walk for up to 13 hours, lift and carry 25-50 lbs, and push/pull over 1,000 lbs using a pallet jack.
This is a fast-paced production environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
