Job Title: Host

At Bally's Dover, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the workflow of the restaurant and ensure seamless guest transitions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, updates, and confirmations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including menus and wine lists.
  • Collaborate with the Casino Host to identify and accommodate hotel and VIP guests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
  • Successful background check and lottery license from the DE Lottery.
  • Professional appearance and attire.
