We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on our 5 North Telemetry unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion for our patients.
- Collaborate with the Practice Coordinator and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
