Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will assist and support clinicians with the care of patients throughout the community. The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist will be attentive to detail, follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) and corporate policies, be flexible and adjust effectively to change, work effectively with all Department staff and supporting departments, and perform assigned tasks with the utmost upmost proficiency and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • License/Certification - Experience with DEXA
  • Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Radiologic Technologist (RT) must be obtained within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a x-ray technologist
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • ARRT Certification (Preferred)

Computer Skills:

  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software and PACS/RIS
