Labor and Delivery Leveling Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Labor and Delivery Leveling Coordinator RN to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our maternal services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a Labor and Delivery Leveling Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for compiling statistics for maternal services, working closely with our quality improvement team to ensure ongoing excellence in care.
Responsibilities- Compile statistics for maternal services
- Work closely with the quality improvement team to ensure ongoing excellence in care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide education and training to staff on maternal services best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 3 years of bedside L&D experience
- Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- Experience in technical writing (preferred)
- Quality Improvement (QI) experience
