Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at New Hire Solutions in Moultrie, Georgia.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle maintenance work in an apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to take ownership of their position, complete tasks in a timely manner, and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintenance Responsibilities:
• Get apartments ready for turn over
• Paint and handle basic maintenance
• Complete plumbing, wall fixtures and outlets
• Maintain grounds of the apartment complex
• Handle all work orders inside and outside grounds, including parking lot
• Complete additional duties as requested

The successful candidate will have a clean drug screen, high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of previous maintenance experience. A valid Georgia driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (past 3 years) are also required. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift is essential, as well as the ability to climb stairs and ladders with heavy tools.

• Clean drug screen

• 3+ years of previous maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (past 3 years)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders with heavy tools
• Have your own vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.
• Be a team player and work well alone efficiently
