About the Role

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associate Intern to join our team. As a Summer Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the development of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in cross-functional task groups to analyze business needs and develop solutions
  • Work with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software
  • Partner with other business units and vendors to improve procedures and implement initiatives
  • Develop and present findings from analysis and research to all levels of management
  • Become integrated into the day-to-day strategy, analysis, and operations of the team
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Effective skills in identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
  • Experience in problem resolution, including determining scope of issue, root cause, and creating well-thought-out recommendations
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
  • Familiarity with Change Management and Agile Methodology
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of financial services/payments a plus
