Job Description
The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with one or more Scrum/Kanban teams to manage dependencies and align project outcomes with business objectives
- Work closely with Product Owners and Solution Architects to remove impediments and drive continuous improvements
- Provide enabling leadership for one or more delivery teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding process improvements, and ensuring feedback loops are operating at optimal levels
- Partner with Technical Product Owners and other key stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes by delivering working software on a regular cadence
- Develop detailed delivery plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Coach and train new and existing team members on Agile principles to ensure consistency and improve overall productivity, quality, and continuous delivery
- Monitor, track, and report on Agile metrics to provide visibility, increase productivity, and optimize delivery
- Apply organizational change management methods to build awareness and understanding of Agile principles and facilitate adoption across the enterprise

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' relevant experience in software development
- 10+ years' experience in project management
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Intermediate to Advanced program management skills)
- Expert project management, leadership, and vendor management skills;
- Agile Certifications (e.g., 5+ years scrum master experience)
- Leadership of Project Management Office (PMO) and/or portfolio managers and/or formal program management experience managing multiple delivery teams simultaneously
