Position Overview:
All Native Group is looking for a dedicated custodial technician to support our cleaning operations across various facilities. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Custodial Supervisor, executing daily cleaning tasks independently while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Dust, clean, and polish furniture and fixtures, including windows and mirrors, to uphold a pristine environment.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing, to ensure safe and clean walking surfaces.
  • Utilize ladders to replace light bulbs and perform other maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Manage waste disposal, including recycling efforts, and maintain cleanliness in the exterior areas surrounding the facilities.
  • Operate custodial equipment and vehicles safely and effectively to complete assigned duties.
  • Communicate effectively with facility personnel regarding maintenance and cleanliness issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Assist in special projects, such as floor refinishing, as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a drug screening and a security background check.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with relevant experience in custodial services.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary for operating company vehicles.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently while being accountable for equipment and supplies.
  • Knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques is essential for effective performance.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact courteously with clients and coworkers.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods. The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard workweek, though flexibility for evening or weekend hours may be necessary based on operational needs.
