We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Mixologist to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Mixology and Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of beverages, glassware, and supplies, and communicate any shortages to management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience at the bar.
- Point of Sale Operations: Accurately record daily sales totals and manage cash and credit transactions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related industry preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
- Qualifications: Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
