About Finding Clarity LLC

Finding Clarity LLC is a professional counseling services provider dedicated to delivering personalized support to individuals and families. Our mission is to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for people to explore their challenges and work towards positive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of clients using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-V) guidelines.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique goals, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions that cater to clients' needs and preferences.
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services to ensure clients' safety.
  • Refer clients to alternative or supportive services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in training and orientation of new staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical record maintenance and HIPAA compliance.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory background check and maintain confidentiality.
