Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in St. Louis, MO. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in post-acute facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.
  • Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report any concerns to the broader nursing team.
  • Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, change linens, and maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
